introduction
Welcome to our new webpage! You may be wondering, “What’s up with the ‘vitror’ thing?” Well, once we decided to get our own domain, the bigger decision was what name to use. We tossed around using Arntsen since that’s our family’s name, but so many people misspell it that we didn’t want to have to deal with that in our email.
So, for a few days we tossed around many ideas. Then, I decided to try a few phrases that meant something to us and translated them into Norwegian—the Arntsen ancestry. Because our Christian faith is so important to us and we believe that Jesus is Christ, the son of God and that He died and rose and is living today, I typed in “we believe” to the English to Norwegian translator. Out came Vi Tror and that was it! Jon loved it, the girls thought it was cool and I like it too.
So, welcome to our webpage.

our family
Bless God for what you have. Trust God for what you need.
This is the view of Mt. Rainier from our backyard (zoomed in with the camera of course though). We have been so blessed to have this view for the past six years. There is a neighborhood going in behind us so we are thankful for every beautiful sunset!
This is one of my favorite songs that really goes along with our website. It is a song by Wes King called, I Believe.
I believe
In six days and a rest
God is good
I do confess
I believe
In Adam and Eve
In a tree and a garden
In a snake and a thief
Chorus:
I believe, I believe
I believe in the Word of God
I believe, I believe
'Cause He made me believe
I believe Noah
Built an ark of wood
120 years
No one understood
I believe Elijah never died
Called fire from heaven
On a mountainside
Chorus
It's been passed down through ages of time
Written by hands of men
Inspired by the Lord
His Word will remain to the end
I believe Isaiah
Was a prophet of old
The Lamb was slain
Just as he foretold
I believe Jesus
Was the Word made man
And He died for my sins
And He rose again
Chorus
